Be there 24*7 for your child

Don’t let your child loose-fit these precious years of their lives. As schools are closed, but neither your mental horizons nor theirs. They are as inquisitive as they’re in classroom. Listen & act as per their wishes. Sometimes they might be demanding, but you’ve to cater to their needs. They’re going through a tough phase as we all are. Don’t let their little storehouse of knowledge go imbalanced. Feed them in thoughts & actions. But don’t hamper their physical & mental growth. Off line classes are though replaced by on line teaching, yet you are here with your kids 24*7 offline. Working people have to do some extra efforts but nothing stands beyond the essence of our kids. Jostle them, cuddle them & hug them tight as we never thought of locking them inside the narrow domains of four walls. Be poised in your approach. Teach them ‘one new thing’ everyday. It may be fun facts, e-media or content of their personal interest. Share your own ‘childhood memories’ with your children. They always feel rejoiced listening to the same. Decrease their On screen time & be their Off screen companion. You can’t always blame on being busy or fixing some work around. Gear up & invest in channelising your child’s energy into some creative work. Stand by their choices & decisions. Unleash their imagination. If you’re on duty for long hours, call them every now & then. Strictly eye upon their online watch content. Talk about the pros & cons of content to be shown on web world. Ask them to choose the on line watch time as per their need & demand only.

Don’t speculate them, only spew in them the spark of learning something new everyday. They’re not small fries, in-fact they are your pristine glories who need to be nurtured & groomed well and it’s possible only when you accompany them in their little needs & deeds. Don’t let them miss their friends, their teachers, the school campus, those swings, the canteen & their playtime. Create homely atmosphere so lively that they rejuvenate in new opportunities. Play games with them & give them new challenges daily. Don’t restrict them to content based syllabi only. Instead prepare their futuristic vision. Don’t expect too much, only accept for what he/she is gifted with. Explore their ideas & act upon the same. I know I’m not asking for too much as it’s only for the betterment of our own little souls who need to be enriched & enlightened with each passing day.
